Hi Joni,
Great colors in these baloons. I really like the POV and composition. Darth Vader looks nice but a little out of place with the rest of the baloons. Nice work.

What an awesome photo opportunity and you used it so well. Beautiful composition ans sharpness. The colours do look a little washed out and might have been nice to sort out in PP.
Overall though it is a striking image!

PS.:I lived at Campbell Road NW , ABQ , in 1970-1971 , being part of an "Exchange Student" Program ... I think there was NO Balloon Fiesta by that time...

Darth Vader was in the St Jean Qc balloon festival in july.
Each year this is a familiar site for us, as we see them floating over the river often landing in the neighbouring fields which is all farming land.
You got yourself a very good capture showing quite an assortment of balloons, well done.

One thing I am going to do before I hang up my camera is get to one of the major ballon festivals - either Albuquerque or Reno. I have ridden them.
Simply wonderful colors in this collection including Darth. I'm jelous.
