Here is another shot from the eastern section of Zion National Park. I really wanted the viewer to get a feel of the textures present in this portion of the park.

Hello Mike
The sandstone at left reminds me of a fort equipped of peepholes to let the rifles through!
Pleasing allover stratum of rock in this paradisiac scenery for geologists and a strong feeling of dryness is convied by the scarce vegetation.
An impression of depth due to the multi-plane points of interest.
Best regards.
Robert

Bonjour Ryan
The exact and wonderful colours of Zion under the sun ; great shot , great point of view and sharpness showing the fantastic work of wind on these sandy rocks

Hello Mike,mission accomplished!
The textures and colours are wonderful.I feel as if I am actually standing there.
The composition is perfect imo,the blue sky is a great backdrop for the rock formations.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Nicely done Mike - good composition and quality DOF front to back with the Tokina. The small splotches of green add interest. The lighting gives depth to the FG indentations.
