[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Election day, 2008: It's here already! I shot this right after voting this morning. It seemed a waste to not post it on this important day in America.

No matter what your party affiliation or stand on whatever issues, go make your voice heard, Americans!

The poll worker said 35,000 already voted early in our county, and voter registration has doubled since 2004. That's encouraging news.

They said on Fox News that you can take the exit poll results with a grain of salt. Don't think your candidate is so far ahead or lagging so far behind that your vote won't matter. That's just not so! Go vote, y'all!

Edited in Picasa 3, where I cropped the image, did selective color and added the text. I exported the file and used Irfanview to add the black border.

Hi Kimberly,
Nice presentation of an American flag, it loks colourful with the black background, well worked desaturated image. The eyes of the world are on your country. :) TFS.

Kristof
