This was once a nice view from the ferry boat from
Vineyard Haven on Marthas´s Vineyard to Falmouth,

I've seen a few images with this effect recently and the scene here suits it perfectly, one of the best example on TL, I think.
The pier really does look like it has been made with matchsticks and the chairs are a delight, straight from a doll's house! Wonderful stuff.

i was wondering if this was a miniature representation, thanks to add the link to the tutorial, i saw it once but could not guess it was the same technique used, great shot and PP, the result is good looking, really good looking
