Nice point of view Tim with excellent colors capturing the time of the year. I was out looking for a scene like this to photograph but could not find a suitable one. congratulations the clarity and perspective adds to the visual pleasure.

there is a very low POV here, and it's better to try this kind of angle, autumn shots are easily boring, but it's not the case here, very nice

Bonjour Tim,

You said you had to do some pp work on this one, but I find the result quite good. Some excessive retouching give an unatural look, but here you just used it wisely and it all looks natural.

The low angle you chose gives one of the best point of view for such a picture, nice of you to think about it.

I hope you will not mind, but I wanted to try a little something in a WS.

What a pretty golden scene. I do love these Fall colours - this is because we don't get such vibrant colours down here. And not so many deciduous trees either.
I can see you lying down on the golden carpet to take the photo. Good POV from way low like this. Also the lighting is good too,
