[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this on a beach just north of Cape Lookout State Park. Used the barrel distortion correction, since I used the wide angle lens, it seemed a bit much. Then the clarify tool, highlight/midtone/shadow correction, increased the saturation, resized and then sharpened.

Nice balanced composition. Great DOF. Low POV gives a lot of depth in your image. Nice shot and TFS.

Athila

Hello Lori,
I have to agree that the DoF is very good as the depth of the image is clear from near to far. The photo after you worwked it out is very good and shows the desolation of the area's beaches as the storms have all but washed the beachs away here. The rocks were probably formed during the incption of the State of Oregon millions of years ago, there is a book titled, "Ancient Oregon" that tells the formation of the rocks and basalt flows that formed the state. It is actually very interesting and informative as I have found locations and specific spots for photography that were not listed but in the general areas where the book speaks of.
Excellent image,
Steve
