[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I don't convert many shots to black and white but after seeing the color version I thought this presentation was much more interesting. This is a just a small portion of the massive view you will get at the Grand View Point within Canyonlands National Park. I focused on this series of mesas to really give the viewer a sense of the amazing geology and contours of this beautiful place.

PP: Convert to B&W with Capture NX. Minimized a few hot spots and boosted contrast.

Great idea to convert this Mike. I have a very similar shot, and also was not crazy about the color.
