| This lovely came to brighten things up on a gloomy winters day. He seemed very curious about my camera. He stayed and watched me for quite a while which is unusual they seem to be very cautious birds. |

Hi Lisa,
Great portrait of the blue-jay the colours are nice and the fg details good. All birds are curios some more than others well captured.
Regards
Jon
Hey Lisa - great image! I have never seen one of these Jay's before, so it caught my eye immediately! Good feather detail & exposure is good also.

Nice close up shot of the Bluejay - details are good, DOF isolates the bird from the background and composition is strong. Colours are a little muted - I'm guessing it wasn't a particularly bright day with a 1/180th exposure time, so this probably hasn't helped.
Thanks for sharing
