| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This beautiful bird was unfortunately injured and now in the hands of the Rochester Zoo. Due to the extent of his injuries he must remain in captivity for the rest of his life. Luckily he is well cared for and very much loved. His name is Abe. |

A slightly unusual POV for an iconic bird (in terms of photography at least) and I'm not sure that it really makes the most of the bird, losing some of the pride and majesty with it being squat and flat to the ground. The whites on the back of the head are also heavily overexposed, which could have been avoided by dropping down a couple of f/stops.
Thanks...Mark
