I love this shot Chris! Everyday life, wonderful beach scene, a scene I see all the time. Even today, my kids, as old as they are, make sand castles when we go to the beach! Nice stop action on the wave!

Hi Chris, Good beach scene, we did the same in NZ but our building sand was black rather than creamy yellow! Looks like a very fine place to spend some time. Good ambiance flows from this image. TFS. Murray

You aimed and shot at the perfect moment Chris, judging by the size of the oncoming wave i am afraid it's reconstruction time for these kids once more, ha ha ! Nice and clear.I like it !
Btw Chris , i read somewhere in a discussion or perhaps it is in the forum i am not sure where you made a mention about you still using film , if it is so this means your photos must be processed in a scanner , well have to be or there's something i've missed along the way , anyhow how do you achieve such good results, if i may ask. Your images are tastefully well presented in great colors and the sharpness is first class ! This one is of excellent quality , any information i should know about scanning my own like yours ?

Lovely composition with nice triangle ie base = right hand side and apex on left. Great clarity through. I think the pink airbed and rubbe ring around the little girl add another dimension to this shot. Very nice work TFS
