[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Okay I see I have really been absent for along time from this site which I used to LOVE to visit, I guess I have been occupied with so many other things ( and admit am totally addicted to facebook... *she admits sheepishly) Anyhow I hope you will all welcome me back in my attempt to show you some of the photos I have taken since I stopped posting here last August...
This photo was taken back 0n September29th 2008 at 8:08PM with my Canon Rebel Xti - Focal length 35 - Fnumber 9- Exposure 1/125.

The water is a pond I believe is called Belvidere Pond which is in Belvidere Vermont, I drive by it alot and must admit I am always drawn to it as somehow water changes the view of this so very much. Sometimes you even see a moose or two visiting this pond so I am always on the look out for it. Last time I drove by at night we had so much rain the pond was actually out on the road and I drove through 3" of water...I'm glad we have a JEEP! Anyhow the colors of fall are definatly evident here in the photo and all over Vermont during this time of year. Some might even say the mountains look like fruity pebbles!!

I copied and pasted my photo on a white background using adobe Photoshop CS3 - added a title - resized and sharpened..

Hi Donna

Fantastic Fall colors, with good symmetrical reflections in the lake. The repetition gives a nice dappled effect. Good sharpness throughout. Have a great Sunday!

It's a very good retour ("on tourne toujours...) with a great shot. Very good POV and division of space, great lighting in first plan. A good BG and excellent DOF. And last, but not etc., nice reflections.

Hi Donna, You've been taking a little sabbatical. I notice. This is a beautiful shot of the mountains. The colors are breath taking. New England is on my list of places to visit one day.

This is superb landscape view of the autumn at lakeside, with so vibrant colors and a great reflection. Very sharp and good clarity. Well done.

Oh, I'd love to see this place - in autumn - what awesome colours. . .
It's so beautiful Donna, those colourful trees show up so well - we don't get these colours like this down here. (We have some deciduous trees, but not with these brilliant colours.)

Hi Donna,
You're so lucky to have a place to stay where fall can be best experienced. The colors are just amazing. I like your POV with the bush forcing you to look toward the center and onward to the stunning reflection and tree covered hill.
I have this list of things to do and see, and one is experience the color change of fall in the US.
