[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was working in Bethesda today and we went out to lunch at the Mongolian Grille. On the walk back to the office I saw an open fire hydrant. I thought that it was too bad that I was working because it would be really nice to lie there in the water.

Just then a boy came out of nowhere (in downtown Bethesda) and cautiously approached the water [EXPOSURE #1]. Then he looked around as if he were unsure as to the legality of being so close. Then he moved closer and just stood there mesmerized [EXPOSURE #2].

:::

I opened both photos in separate layers in Photoshop and used a layer mask to paint through the top to the bottom layer.
