| A pair of white water lilies along the banks of the lake in Centennial Park, Maryland. Large floating "fields" of these white water lilies populate the coves and line the banks all the way around this small lake. The sky was slightly overcast, which helped keep the white flowers from being too blown out. I cropped, sharpened and not much else. |

Hi Sandy,
A nice composition of these two water lilies among these huge leafs.
There a great management of light in your capture and focusing is perfect.
The position of the lilies is adequate to give a good sense of depth.
Accurate exposure and nice subdued light.
Good job.

Hi, Sandy. I really like the composition and the clarity of this photo. The treatment of light is soft and pleasing .good job.
Hello Sandy,
I am glad I double clicked as this is a beauty, a pleasant surprise. The composition for me is a 'teaser' as I would prefer the lilies to be closer or in the foreground. A congratulation is in order for it is a high quality image with good exposure and sharpness. As I like to photograph aquatic plants myself, I need to google how close the Centennial Park is to where I live. I may just take an excursion this. Thanks Sandy and wishing you a good w/e.
