A blue mood for me today. This is shot taken Saturday morning, I lowered lights and converted to Tungsten. Resized for TL!
Have a great day!
Linda

Hi Linda,
I adore this blue especially with the shiny reflects in the sea! Dramatically beautiful! Bravo! Annie

hi linda, why so blue? i hope your ok, i love what the tungsten did here, the light relfecting off the water is magic, love the simple yet effective design in this, heavenly shot!
take care,
scott

the idea is really great, i love the blue water and the reflections, and if it shows your mood itīs ok, but for me
there is too much blue in the sky and the dramatic clouds. i guess you tried a B&W-version? best wishes & take care, thor.

Hi Linda,
I'm not sure about the horizon :-)
A quite special image, the overall present bluish tone creates a spooky mood in my opinion. That makes it a special picture. You are a brave girl to try this, I would have been slaughtered. Anyway you show your special way of photography which I can appreciate!
Hans

Hello Linda,

a fine shot, focussing on the drama of the natural elements. The sea is dark and moody whilst the sky is arguing with the clouds and sending a sharp reminder, in the way of a bolt, to denote its power!

Great story beginning!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Linda:
Very beautifully captured & presented:)
Great presentation with colors to bring about the mood!
Thanks
David

I absolutely love how the water glistens. I've tried to capture this before but somehow it never turns out the way I am seeing it, this does! Beautiful blues!! TFS

Hi, Linda -
Very cool - I really like this tungsten effect. The water's surface is so sharp and reflective, and the clouds have a lot of definition. Interesting choice to use a portrait layout. Very nice!

Hi Linda...great colors and tones...I like this technique.

Roger

Howdy Linda - unusual style, to be honest I find the 'amount' of blue a little bit much. Kind of reminds me of films shot in the 50s and 60s with darkened down daylight to make it night.. Usually the westerns and WW2 movies..
Horizon got a little tilt to the left too - I checked against the edge of my browser LOL..

Sorry you had a 'blue' day, but take heart - life is good..

Cheers
DAvid

Hello Linda.
Is this on the Ocean ?
Well managed light.
This kind of shot reminds me last U2 album. No line on the horizon.
There is a horizon here ;)
