A superb macro of the butterfly, with good sharpness, color, & shallow dof. Nice bg bokeh & circles of confusion. The pink, oof, flower, adds a nice splash of color, that contrasts well, against the fg greenery. Tfs!

This is a beautiful photo Linda.
The green sheet is in a perfect pov. The colors are so amazing for my eyes.
A beautiful composition very attractive.
For the title I think about " Bernard and Bianca" the Disney's cartoon.

That is the greater and very nice "taking off" I had seen.

Actually, the light looks fine.

Hi Linda,
This is a beautiful capture of this butterfly. Usually I see pictures with a top or side POV but rarely a front. Nice detail and good saturation in colors here in this shot. I love the bokeh in the BG. Nice work.

Absolutely gorgeous. The light on the leaf is beautiful. Of course, I don't know how those critters stay still for your photos, but they do. I like the background and the bit of pink from the flowers. It adds a splash of bright magenta to the cool greens that are predominate. :) Lisa

Missed this one - an unusual and beautiful butterfly macro. This is a great front view with wings spread and strongly backlit (as shown by the shadow coming through the leaf). The blurred but colorful flower in the background to the right adds a great touch. Well done!
