Hi Linda,

Workboats make great subjects for photographers, and you've captured this one well. I really like the shadows of the clouds on the water and the effects of the sunlight. The cruise ship to the left adds an interesting perspective as well. IMO, not sure if the vignetting adds to the composition.

interesting to see shadows and light on the water creating different shades of green. i like the composition of this hardworking tugboat. It kinda reminds me of our tugboats here...

Nicely done, too, Linda.

Hi Linda,

I love the different shades of green that the water has attained the sky slightly reflects the paler of them. The vignetting is great touch to what is ready a great shot the colours are subdued but lovely the details are very sharp great dof as well tfs.

Really nice shot Linda - good 'compression' with the long focal length and the vignette makes the brighter subject area stand out very well... Definitely one of your trademark shots!!

I'm looking forward to summer ending here in the Gulf - too darn hot. Winter in southern Africa countries was wonderful :)

Hi Linda, the different tones of water, the light, and the wind are superb, i love the feeling of coming back to a port given by the fisher man's boat, and the composition... great one and very well processed

Hi Linda,
An excellent well lightened image, great blue and green tones. The boat is perfect positioned, creating a well balanced composition. Although I see lot of sea in this image, a bit too much I would say. Made a WS to show how a tighter crop would look. Nevertheless a fine posting Linda, job well done!

Beautiful photo of the boat. It looks old fashioned to me. It has so much charm and character. Interesting coloring of the gulf. The vignetting is very well suited for this photo. :) Lisa

Hello Linda,
A great capture with the lighting and colors that are very similar as in the greens throughout the scene. A busy image but it works well as a harbor scene.
