| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a holiday weekend here in the US and with the excellent weather many will be spending it on the water. My wife, daughter and I spent yesterday at Havre De Grace, a small waterfront town situated where the Susquehanna River meets the Chesapeake Bay. The town is a photographer's delight; so many photo ops waiting to be taken advantage of. If you want to learn more , please visit the Havre De Grace website by clicking the link.
This fellow was moving at quite a clip and jumping the wakes of the boats that were coming and going. I took several short bursts and this shot caught him airborne. Even though it was bright and sunny, you can see the haze as you look across the river.

Thanks for viewing. I hope everyone has a great Sunday. |

Hi Werner,
I saw someone on one of these when I was watching the sunset last night! The last time I went on a jet-ski was when I was about 8-years old. You've done a great job to capture this (especially in mid-air), good use of the semi-fast shutter speed. I quite like the long panoramic crop you've chosen. Nice focus on the main subject, looks like you used a fairly long focal length to get this close. Well seen and wonderfully captured.
TFS,
Scott.
