[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was one of several cars that stopped by at our rest area in town on their way to a car show in Atwood Kansas that features hot rods of all types. I wanted to include the car beside it, but there were so many other distractions i decided to concentrate on just this one. I liked how the front wheels were turned and you could almost see it talking to the car next to it about all the bugs it had encountered on the trip so far.

Post processing included cloning out 2 people standing behind the car, but nothing to the car itself other then crop and resize to fit TL. I tried to make to no let the PP distract from the subject.

According to my husband, the car nut, it's a 1932 Ford three window coupe. I think you did a good job of clonning out the people, you really can't tell, and they would have only distracted. I also like the way the wheels are turned, this front face view is very nice, well done.

Nice capture Jeff, good tight cropping. Colours are good, you controlled the reflections that are usually unavoidable in car shots very well. I think the cloning on the people is good enough, only the path doesn't seem to fit correctly. But that's only a minor issue, the subject is great.

A pity about that van or container in the background - would be a good excercise to clone it out as well. TFS.

Great photo, Jeff! I posted a sweet old car picture today too on TrekEarth. I love the lightening bolts on this car. Great POV and good cloning job too!
