taken last week while out trying to capture some local color....
Autumn has arrived in New England....
I wanted to add.. I used the fence enclosure to rest my camera on while taking this photo.. =)
Edit...
I've been having light/dark issues with my laptop...
so i added brightness in photoscape..
cropped
rotated a tad
added 4 in sharp.... |

Hi Tricia,
Long time no see :-)
Wonderful autumn impression the horse is perfectly positioned in the scene a nice example of using the rule of thirds. Fine warm colours of fall. A cheerful and peaceful posting!

Oh I'm gonna be here soon!! Can't wait! You can use the calibrator down this page, at the bottom..but I also have this issue, here at work..I'm maxed out on brightness and the bar is STILL mostly dark. ARRG! Nice work, here, horse nicely off center! We gonna get to go play and shoot?? Oh goody! After our nice cauldren of Red Soup. Git dem bones out first!
B-)

Hi tricia:
Well seen & captured...
and impressive shutter speed, may be crop a little more on the right, but still it gives you a great feeling on the story...but shutterspeed did the trick:)
Regards
david
Hello Tricia,
A beautifully composed shot with the glossy horse perfectly positioned in the frame.
The hint of autumn has added some lovely red touches to the foliage.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)
