Autumn, Arlington National Cemetery
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The Autumn colors were out in full at Arlington National Cemetery last weekend.
“We probably have the finest collection of old trees that you’ll find in any urban area, certainly the mid-Atlantic,” says Erik Dihle, division chief for grounds, burial operations, and ceremonial support at Arlington National Cemetery. A horticulturist by trade, he estimates the cemetery boasts about six hundred trees over age one hundred, with a sizeable number over two hundred, too. [Orion Magazine] |

The cemetery has indeed a superb collection of hardwood trees and evergreens. I love how you used the tree canopies to anchor this composition. Good looking pp work.

Hello,
Very well captured with warm modish autumn colours. Great brightness in this photo.
Best wishes,
