Hi Daniel,
I know nothing of Anazasi paintings, but the colors, details in the rocks and leaves, and lighting is very well captured. The shadows cast down below onto the ground and such are interesting and make this very abstract. I don't find it very humorous, but I do find it interesting and it would make a good painting as well.
