An excellent result in HDR, Linda,
I like the motive, the wonderful light and the brilliant colours.
I don't use HDR very often, too much time to work with it.
At the moment we have about 5000 shot to assort from the holidays in Thailand and Vietnam. We like to make a fotoshow.
I made some HDR-shots also, but to combine them all is realy too complex now.
Greetings

Hi, Linda. HDR almost captured the essence of how a human eye looks at this place. The photo is sharp , realistic colors and you avoided the tendency to overdo it in HDR which is commendable. The composition looks good with two triangles one of the rock and the other of the shore balanced by rectangle above with the gray columns. Cheers and tFS.

Linda,
Nice to see this rock of monumental importance. Appropriate for this Thanksgiving season. I like your lead in with the rocks on the right. The eye just wants to follow the rocks around the curve to get to the "big one" :)! It's a terrific composition Linda, well thought out on your part. :) Lisa

hey Linda,
I find it amazing that 2 people can be together taking photos and end up with totally different shots!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah the rock is tiny.. if we look close it the tiny part of the encasement (which history tells us they had to enclose it to keep people from chipping pieces off so I it may have been a tad bit bigger lol) that has the bars on the beach that is where the rock is..... yeah tiny...
OK photo time..... =) love the way you edited this... the line that leads us in is really nice as well.. I know how cloudy it was and you did a great job -)
