[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On June 22, 2004, I posted a poignant portrait of Mickey Dee's tearful eye as he watched his beloved "Daddy" drive away without him. Today I show you the joyful face we see at his return home. There is no devotion or love to compare with that of a dogs complete trust and faith in his master. Their love is unconditional. They accept us for who and what we are. They always love us and have no goal in life but to please us.I have always known why DOG is GOD spelled backward. I have only to look into Mickey Dee's sweet face and see the face of love......I hope you see it, too.....

Great shot Kat, and I am thrilled that MD is in a happier mood! What a terrific composition you have made! Keep up the fabulous work!

That is one joyful expression you've captured here!
A nicely composed shot also, very well done.

I agree with Andy, the composition is really nice, and the capture of this expression, is definately one in a million! IMO; the brightness/contrast should be adjusted to brighten the pup up a bit, it would give a more "warm" feel to the photo.

Look Ma, No cavities! ...... What an unusual shot! This is the cutest little guy and becoming quite an international star! How do you keep him so wite? Clorox?

I love your style and your closeness with animals.

Very nice shot Kathleen. She or he is smiley.Good crops.well done.Regards.

Thaís

Oh, yes, I see the love there. Nice details on Mickey Dee's fur and good catchlights.

My mother-in-law has a T-shirt which sums it up:
"Lord, let me be even half as good a person as my dog thinks I am!"
