I know that you hear.
A small child is in need of you.
Listen.....
to the splash of the tear.
Fly away, little Angel Bird...
Fly to her broken heart.
Go......
to where it lies all shattered apart.
Nestle inside and tell her she's loved.
There are those who keep guard from here above.
Sing.....
Gently sing your sweet song till she sleeps.
Fly away, Angel Bird, and give her peace.......

This is dedicated to a very sweet/beautiful and special little friend of mine who, like so many other children these days, is going through some difficult times. I just want her to know that I love her and her Angel will always be beside her.

Spread your wings Allison, and you will be uplifted by the gentle breeze. As the breeze gets stronger, you will fly higher and higher until you reach the sun when the warm of it will embrace you forever. I hope she reads this.

Welcome back and I hope that you are feeling much better. Your concern for others is phenomenal and you are to be commended for your sentiment. This is a beautiful tribute and I am sure that Allison will be inspired by it. I love the angel figure and the meaning that it implies.

It sounds like your friend has an angel in you as a friend too. Your warm heart shows in all you do here in your photos and your notes. Good luck with your treatments! I love the sentiment conveyed in this photo and the soft "heavenly" glow to the figurine. Well done.
