First submission in a graffiti theme I'd like to create here on TL.
This photograph was taken on a deserted street in South Brooklyn. The tags here are nothing fantastic but I liked the overall scene through the fence that I was looking at.
Through photoshop I created a border by using some of the graffiti within the shot. The central subject for me was the skull so I used the lasso tool and increased the brightness/contrast of it.
I also added my own initials with a little work of my own on the right side of the frame ;)
Hope you enjoy and possibly have something to contribute to this theme.

Hey Daniel,
Excellent idea as usual... The border is very creative.
You even have this piece of reflection in the water. It really looks deserted, the wires and the B&W emphasize this effect.
I also like the roof of the building in the middle aligned with the top wire frame and the bottom of the building aligned with the middle tube of the frame. Always trying to get the perfect shot huh?
I'd like to contribute to your theme if you are looking for colored version and not as good as yours for PP.
Bravo Daniel a really good work.

Hi Daniel,
Nice shot! Not only do you have graffiti, but, you have barbed wire and graffiti. We're talking a double dose of opression here. And in b&w, ever more desolate. Anyhow, great composition being that you didn't center anything, and not forming an eye movement anchor. Also, nice frame work...looks good. Well done!
Take care!

nice idea, but with this framing you complicated the composition and expression,
the photo is good but it's really hard to look at and concetrate, what is it all about ? :-)

1 Smile for the shot very well captured and I think B+W looks great for grafiti pictures
1 smile for the very creative and brilliant boarder you chose looks great but perhaps try the boarder with the saturated colours and leave the main photo de-saturated just an idea...
