[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a collage of several shots I took from across a subway platform in downtown Manhattan.

It's a study of people and their movements. I'm watching them as they wait for their train.

There is some obvious PP work that you can see if you study the picture so I won't go into it all here, it will be like a game for you to figure it out.

I consider this one of my personal favorites so far despite the focus/lighting not being perfect. Hope you all enjoy it.

Daniel

that is awesome. It is a like a game trying to figure out what is different and the same in each one. I love that not all the boxes are exactly the same size. Teh jagged edges of the frame look really cool. It is very bright for a subway photo but I like all the "characters" in these photos. Very nice. JP

Cool work. I like this collage strip. Okay for the game, did you move the lady in green just once.

one of the most interesting compositions on this site. just great!

great framing composition and clever too...
Paolo

Hi,
That is a very interesting composition. No matter with focus or lighting defaults, I think (on the contrary) they give a particular style to your image. Good job with the collage too.
Great job with an original idea, Daniel !

Great work Daniel, the individual pictures could be improved but the whole is much greater than the sum of the parts.
A great arty composition.
Thanks for sharing.

Wow, Daniel, this is a work of art! Your montage and the way you have deleted/added elements in each photo is fantastic. You are playing with my mind. The outside black border is just too big to my liking, but for the rest, I'd like to see it in a large format and keep looking at it! Great stuff!

This is so creative and original. The first of its kind I've seen. You have talent Daniel. Keep it up!

This is absolutely amazing. You have created a puzzle for our mind with the disappearing object/people from one square to another. This would make an amazing poster and it is extremely creative and well thought. Excellent!

Hi Daniel,
I like the compo which is very original, the colors are great too... and underground photos have always attracted me too ;)) I can fell the movements too on the middle parts, everything that compose the underground atmosphere. Well done :))

Hi Daniel,
what a nice and interesting work!
Great composition and nice yellow tones.
I really like it,
Nino

Very cool montage Daniel. Creative and well executed.
I like a lot the way you arrange the pictures. As for movement, one can see it clearly in the lady in green shirt. Apparently she wait a while for her train :))

Nicely done!

take care, Stef

run out of green smileys, so here's a smile for you :))))

Really good Daniel. The collage really brings to life all the individual shots, which otherwise might have been a bit mundane. I don't know if this is intentional or not, or just something that catches my eye, but I also like the way each individual shot looks a little like a slide in this format.

The border may be just a touch too heavy, but that's just personal taste and an extremely minor thing.

I also agree with tournesol that a large format of this would be very interesting and potentially could look great framed and hung.

Excellent stuff :)

Dennis..

Very funny to take a look at all the little movement from all those people. A real every day life show. Very well presented.

Interesting collection of images very well put together especially like how the images dont all line up correctly thoughtful PP which keeps us guessing a picture to stare at thats for sure
