A triptych of swings. I woke up this morning to a thick layer of fog over the grounds. I grabbed my camera and snapped a few pictures. I liked these three pictures because there's one swing in one picture, two in another, and three in the other. I thought it'd make a nice triptych.

Taken with a D30 and a 50mm f/1.8, processed in C1 dSLR, converted to b/w in Photoshop. Sharpened and resized for web.

Excellent composition. I really like the mood you've captured in these pictures.

Nice composition. I like the B&W photos very much. The fog in the background gave it a extrange feeling of loneliness. The difuminated frames were a nice addition to your composition. Good job!

Good composition here, like the contrast you've created here by only making one pic colour and excellent framing..Well Done Chris

Nicely done.

There's something spooky about these pics. I like that! Eerie compositions devoid of happy children where they should be. Cool.

First, i really like your concept here. Simple...swings, and fog. All photos has a great compo and composed the well in this way too. It has a spooky feel to it, with the lack of children, the fog...emotional. The mind start to wonder, what happened here. Where are the children...It is really great when a photo can make the mind work. I'm still trying to learn that art.

i really like the photo and color selections. the two photos on the outside make me think of times passed and the color photo in the middle makes me think of now.

Hi Chris,
I like the way you presented the three photos here... just like what Zandra(zto) said it makes one think what you're trying to show... it could be advertising (the swing perhaps?) or a story (spooky or maybe not at all). This is really very good. All of the photos here have a nice composition. The clean background and the shadow of each photo plus the font of the title really works for me. Making the two photos B&W is also a great idea. I must say, it's truly a work of art. Definitely a favorite. TFS. Have a nice day.
Cathy
