Real nice! The use of B/W on this shot makes all the attention going to the eyes, not being distract by colours. I like the narrow DOF, the focus and the softness are appropriate. Its a great shot, would be perfect if you could soften or bring the forehead just a bit down to the same grey level of the face (flash reflection?)
But I'm just being to meticulous i think.... Good job!
