The Chicago nightlife ain't bad as you can see here. A little lean in for a kiss or to whisper some encouraging words? A delicate hand reaching out to grab a friend to dance.

Everyone was drinking and dancing to the music until the wee hours of the morning.

Another scene from last Saturday night in at this fancy vodka bar we were celebrating my friends 30th birthday. Great times.

UPDATE: "garethgar" suggested having a caption contest to see what that guy is saying to the girl. Any suggestions?

enjoy

Nicely captured.....how abot a caption competition for this one?

take care

Gareth

the guy might be saying... your place or mine? :) an old cliche but just to break the ice... hey dude, even you don't know what the guy might be saying, so how can we determine the right answer? :)

Hi Daniel,
Nice shot. Good composition. And good timing. Like seeing him leaning into her for some attention. Also like the lady on the far right and how someone is reaching for her, it adds to the anticipation of the shot. Not so sure about the oclor, though. For me, personally, I don't like the greenish yellow cast. It's a color I usually correlate with illness (like jaundice) or Springtime. But, the mood still comes out pretty strong on this one. Good job.

Btw, just for fun, I did a ws for variety.

Thanks for the offer but I'm happily married y'know !
Very good example of body-language Daniel. The lines in the background made me think of a line-up as often depicted in police-series. Looks like a fun party you had there ! Just love it, TFS

Hi Daniel
This is a nice capture! Very cool, body language and very serious bissiness going gon there ;)))
I specially like the scene on the far right; the "absence" of the otehr person makes your viewr think and wander a bit. That's nice. But her nail polish is well off... pfff, terrible colour LOOOL!! (bit of femaile gossip ;))

I like the moments... Very interesting indeed.

Well done!

take care, Stef :))

LOL! yes! a caption comp, pls!.. winner will have 100 smiles more or a five dollar US bill...! hehehe. :p (j/k!_ hehehe

Guy: Hi... I think I "smell-ed" you from somewhere??... Mmm... (cheesy grin)

Woman: Yes and in fact, i think your garlic breath is better....

It is reallyvery hard to say what they are saying. So many things can be said in a party. I just want to say it is a good photo.
