Another shot from the area I work in. I had stood in the same spot for about 10 minutes taking pictures of people walking by.

I liked this one.

Thanks to JP (http://www.treklens.com/members/jcandeli/) for framing and resizing this as I'm at work today and no access to any editing programs!

enjoy.

Nicely done! I had to laugh at JP though (he is sitting right next to me)..

I like the black and whiet.. It somehow makes a busy scene less-so.

Stan

Hi Daniel, you must be really addicted to TL (your last paragraph) -- I know the feeling !

Great b/w of a daily life scene in NY City. It has that NY feel to it.

Great photograph !

Great B&W daily-life shot. I like it a lot.Well done. Regards,

Lukas.

great photo :)) TFS

I admire your patience and resolution to shoot at the same spot. I do that sometimes too! :)

I would have preferred a lower pov and perhaps a landscape shot instead. Still a very nice street shot no doubt. Bravo Daniel :)

good b/w street photo Daniel :)

Damn that framing is good. The black border is just right. Not too thick and not too thin. I think the choice for a while frame is excellent too. It's proportions are perfect for this shot. Really accents the contrast of the photo. I think a black frame would also work here but white is definitely better. Nope. No complaints about the frame....:p

Seriously though. I like this shot a lot. The guy looking at you is great. I think the white truck in the background really helped you here since it kept the woman from blending into the background. Great amount of contrast and the perspective of the building and the sidewalk crossings REALLY create a nice composition. great job. JP
