[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This roller coaster was purposely shot at a slow shutter speed of 1/8th of a second to blur the motion. But I also used a flash to "freeze" the motion.

So the closer the car and people are to the camera, the more frozen they appear. But as you get further away from the camera, less flash output reaches the subject and so more motion blur is visible.
