[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Taken on an outdoor platform a few years back this was shot with 35mm film (I only use digital now). The subway car emptied out and I took my shot.

One of the few pictures I've developed myself during a black and white film class a few yeras back. I Used a full frame negative carrier to get the burned border effect.

One of my personal favorite photographs. Hope you enjoy.

Hello Daniel,

This photograph is one that I like. Well done in B&W, but what I really like about this is the symetry. The pole in the middle makes the whole shot. TFS
Kevin

PERFECT! Tfs

nice! I like what you did with this already good shot. Very creepy. I expect Freddy to come out of the floor or something. It is very dark but it works perfectly here. The symetry is perfect too. Nice job. JP

i like the tones and the frame, nice POV. regards

Hi Daniel,
Nice shot. You know, I had heard that people sometimes file out negative carriers to get a full frame image. I've never seen it before until now...and I have to say..."dang." ;P
Anyhow, nice shot. It's got good symmetry. And the tones are nice. The pole in the center bugs me a bit...next time use a hacksaw and cut it out. ;P Just kidding!
Good work.
Richard

Nice shot indeed. Good B&W with high contrasts and good DOF.

Only something I find a bit disturbing : it seems to be a bit fliped to the left.

Hi Daniel, i think it is an excellent work, i like your composition and it is very well realized, i think this is really a shot to be proud of

Hi Daniel, indeed it must be one of your favs. Very strong BW composition, I like the symmetry of your shot. It looks equal in sides but when we look closer we see differences. Sharp, well balanced, and atrractive use of light.
See you again, Richard

very cool symmetry, and dof. Great shot

Ed

hi Daniel :)
i see the similarities between this and my "ghost train" photo :)

very nice symetry, i like this empty look on trains :P not sure why...it has a haunting feel
i like your choice of b/w here

interesting to see the difference between the trains of different countries :)
