I tried my best to shoot this picture without any movement. All that I did was put my camera on top of a sign that was in the right spot in order to take this picture. I have yet to really dive into many long exposure pictures, but love them alot.

Hi Dave,
Nice shot. Composition looks good to me. Only thing is, this is a little overexposed. I'm guessing by two stops or so (maybe a 1 sec exposure would've been fine). Kudos on using your head and placing the camera on a solid object (you don't know how many people will try a hand held shot). Well done.
Next time you try a long exposure, try it at sunset on some waves crashing on the rocks...you'll love it.
