So yesterday was the last day of the New York City Transit strike. I walked home over the Brooklyn Bridge and was interviewed by CBS news. To see a shot of me being interviewed check this link out: http://flickr.com/photos/smoothdude/76482037/

I like this shot I took because of the guy in the middle and the man on the right although not focused makes for an interesting piece of the composition. enjoy

Good photojournalism Daniel.
We had a similar photo in our local newspaper of NY. This is a great record of the event, I like the expressions on these peoples faces.
Take care,
Karen

We saw your strike (but not you) on our TV news (in New Zealand) and thought how hard it must be for you all Daniel. Good action shot, with all dressed for the cold. Well done.
Did you have far to walk each day?
Cheers
Janice
PS. And you looked good on the News on Flickr.

Think Posotive, Think Exercise, Think Thank God its not Me. Very Good Shot, it sums up the strike and its affect on peoples lives.

Hey Daniel; not a place for Mingus I guess. What a view and what a crowd; nobody is happy by this view in this situation; only you see the advantage of it (and CBS!).
Great moment; good seen.
Thanks
Huub

France is very famous for:
Smelly cheese.
Food.
Eiffel Tower.
And the F... strikeS!!!!
You people just had ONE strike, imagine the Parisians when they have to fight against that transport problem 3 or 4 times year.
Strike in public transport should be ban!

Very nice light and composition. I like the graphical effect, the depth and simetry of the bridge. Just wish the man on the right was coming towards you. Give it a contrasted b&w and you'll have a much more moody photograph, I believe. A very good street photo.

Superb !!
Now even in USA the people go on strike !!!????
See You
