Lolo Creek

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This is a shot looking up Lolo Creek just a few days ago. It was starting to thaw as we have had a bit of warm weather the last few days. The location is where Lewis and Clark camped on their way through the Bitterroot valley. I'm happy with the color and mood of the photo but do not like the composition with the creek flowing down the middle of the photo. I'm interested in what others think about this shot. |

Hi John, I like your colours too, and the composition is good - maybe you could have taken the shot standing further to your right and concentrated on where the water disappears. My eyes are drawn to the hill of snow.
I tried a WS and apart from cropping off the lower edge of water so the horizon wasn't so centred, I couldn't improve it. But I like it as it is. I'll Be interested to see what other think too.

I love the colors and the composition! It's great, the river is curved so it breaks the 'straight down the middle' aspect. It looks wonderful to me! TFS,
Fran
