Ansel Adams move over! Sorry Mr. Adams didn't want to detract from any of your great photography. Recently I read an orginal photo of Mr. Adams taken from this same view point sold for over $100,000.
This is a photo taken by me at the "Tunnel Viewpoint" going into Yosemite Valley. There probably has been a few million other people who have taken the same picture along with Mr. Adams. But I thought I would show it again. I liked the way the colors turned out with a little contrast tweeking.
In the photo-to the left (the big rock) is EL Capitan, in the distance almost in the center, is Half Dome and on the right, the falls is Bridalveil Falls with Cathedral Rocks behind and above the falls. Our guide on our tour stated that EL Capitan was first climbed in 1958 and over 40 people have died trying.

Hi Fred
A lovely photo of an incedible view, I think it could do with posting up to the full size of 800 pixels though.
You've mentioned Ansell Adams, there seems to be a lot of debate on this site about post production work, Ansell Adams as well as being an incredible photographer was surely one of the pioneers of post production work !
Regards Pez
Pity you couldn't load that larger size Fred. A lovely smaller image with good colour and detail. Interesting notes and very good PP work. TFS,
David
