[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
taken through a bus window from Queens looking at Manhattan.

This is the most I've ever photoshopped a picture. The original is very grey and blurry, so i auto leveled and auto contrasted, then jacked the sharpness WAY up - which gave the surreal color effect, which i magnified by further tinkering with the brightness and contrast settings.

Wish the composition woulve been a little better - i almost cut off the Citicorp building (building on far right with diagonal roof.

Hello Juan,
A pity of the rather poor photo quality, indeed.
But I like this unusual view on New York. The verticality of the thombstones and of the sky scrapers... The combination of two opposite atmospheres that, however, are linked with each other like life and death are.
Well seen! You should go back to that place under other light circumstances and make a whole series of photos, because this picture has much potential.
