Will I win?

For the uncertainty element of the scavenger hunt I had my focus on gambling (something I'm not actually prone to do) and its uncertainties. Hence two pairs may be a winning hand, but then again can also be defeated if luck favours one's opponent. So what does he/she have?
This is actually a composite of two photos: one without my hand to get the coins and face down cards in focus, another of my hand to get my cards in focus (well almost, my hand moved a fraction during exposure).

Good idea for the scavenger hunt - 2 pair with jacks high is usually an uncertain hand :-)
The composition is good but the elements don't work for me - the focus is on the face down cards and not the hand being shown and the colours need a bit of a boost. Still an excellent idea for a shot though.
I've created a workshop to see if a reworked picture is viable (i hope you don't mind)
Thanks for sharing

HI STEPHEN!
Cards are a very interresting subject.
I really enjoy your idea and the result!
I once tried myself to produce a composition with cards, maybe you will enjoy having a look to it :) (http://www.treklens.com/gallery/Europe/Portugal/photo91818.htm)
Congratulations.
Luci
I like your composition here Stephen. I did a bit of a workshop to find the black and white points.

Hi Stephen,
Two pairs..ummmmm not so sure :)
Well it will be better if you focus on the card and the hand. You can blur the bg (coin and the card on the table a little. very nice idea btw.
