Another photo of the Nara Candle Festival. The candles lie along the bed of a artifical (and dry) creek bed. The Japanese lantern is another light source (although I think the candles inside went out). And finally in the background were lights which slowly changed colour.
The lantern was slighting in the shade of a tree with a large spot-light behind. The moving branches give the effect of it being out of focus a bit, which I was a little dissapointed with.
Had not proper tripod so had to hold the camera against a post. |

Beautiful warm light at foreground and cool at the bg, may be I shoul visit Act during one of these festivals :) good job..
