[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This little beast surprised the life out of me as I was bushwalking in a local nature park. I was one step away from stepping on it, and out of the corner of my eye it looked like a snake initially. When I realised it was a lizard I got closer for photos. It seem to sit there for a while letting me take photos then got bored with the idea and move away very quickly, to my surprise again.

Hi Stephen,
Great shot here of one of our lizard's. I know the feeling about thinking it may have been a snake. A lot of times when I think it may be a snake it is; very frightening. The quality of you image is superb. Great stuff.
Cheers,
Debbie
