| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The shot was taken from Sydney Harbour Bridge looking east. There was a corporate sailing day on our harbour and boats were circling Fort Denison Island.
The island was originally used as a prison for hardened criminals in our early days. They were placed on the rock and starved to death, hence the place was named Pinch Gut.
A fort was built to protect the harbour against invasion and is now a popular tourist attraction.
The image was resized for TL using PS Elements 6 but is otherwise as taken |

Good work. Well done.

Well captured Robert regardless of the light. The sun glistening on the waters makes the shot. Well composed with good detail. I take it that the hpsoitality tent was there for the day. TFS,
David
