Hi Agoes,

I remembered being irritated every time I hear this bird's call. I never got used to the sound it makes. How far were you when you took this photo? That lense you're using is excellent. The details of the feather are very clear and colour is well exposed. The best touch in this photo is the little twinkle in the birds eye. Excellent job!!

This one has incredible sharpness at 1/8s, Agoes and your hands are so steady you should be a surgeon. Really fine details here.

Oya bro tentang foto ni,aku kagum bro dengan kecangihan hasilnya,superb detail lah bro..berapa jarak bro shot ni burung?tak cabut lari kah burung ani?..Very honest bro aku tak ada komplain lah burung ni,walau pun ada sedikit cut bahagian bawah,tapi atu tak masalah lah bagi aku..yang penting main focusnya bahagian atas tu yang membuat aku kagum..Well done bro.

Assalamualaikum Agoes. Contrary to the famous rhyme, this kookaburra looks pretty healthy and just wondering if the perch is on an old gum tree. Your capture here is flawless and the sharpness and clarity around the face is brilliant. Beautiful plumage exposure and I like the light catching on the plant with small leaves. p/s: How often do you use the Live View and does the screen display the shooting data at the same time as the composed image?
