Hi Murray,
wonderful smiling rose! Excellent soft pink rose. Beautiful pov, excellent composition. A dark bg would be more suitable, in my opinion (but you had something else in your mind, I see). But anyway, here it is so lovely!

Hi Murray,
Great experiment, looks like it has worked well. Quite a bokeh effect background, unique effect for this type of photography. Good idea with the composition and frame here too. I was wondering what it would look like with a slight reduction in the BG brightness and saturation, so I've done a quick workshop just for the sake of it (the editing was so subtle that it's hard to tell the difference when comparing the two images on here, best compared by saving the workshop image and comparing it side by side in individual tabs). Hope you don't mind. Nice shooting.
