[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Some blurry photos still could mean something. This was taken in the rain, with loud marching bands in the background during Brisbane's St Patrick's Day parade. On all St Patricks Day parade I have been too it never fails to shower or rain, at least the girls still find it fun to do a bit of riverdance in the rain. I still could not resist taking shots even risking my gear in the rain. I dried everything immediately with a camera cloth.

I'd suggest setting your ISO up a lot higher to avoid blur unless there's a specific reason for doing so, in this case there didn't appear to be, it's just a blurry shot. TFS
