[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Kakadus, Mackpies and Rainbow Lori Keets were frequent visitors on the terrace overviewing Whitsunday Island. In the evening, when sunset invited for a glass of red wine, some cheese and crackers, it became obvious that size does matter! The Kakadus were the dominant species when it came to food inspection and the smaller birds kept their distance. The one displayed here was a real gourmet. While the Loris escaped craing out loud, he took place and waited until we offered a plain watercracker which he took slowly and carefully. He handled and ate it without any rush.

Good composition of this sulphur-crested cockatoo. Very appropriate title. The very clear focus on the bird with unfocued background makes the subject stand out well. Good control of the camera functions, something i am only starting to learn about. Excellent capture. Just noticed what good table manners this guy has!. Murray.
