The original was taken in Tasmania on the east coast. Cropped and modified in PS to become a pen and ink over watercolor.

The horizon is tilted. Contrast are quite poor and to my opinion this "pen and ink over watercolor" filter doesn't do justice to this picture making it look like it was shot with a mobile phone's camera.
Sorry, but it just doesn't work for me.
