With 2 dogs and 4 cats in the household I had no shortage of four legged models for the theme but with deference to those who detest pet shots I decided look for something different. I was passing the St Leonards picnic ground this morning and decided to stop off to check the level of the North Esk River and the new growth on the willows.

This, one of three photos I took of the new children’s playground at the picnic grounds. A chilly wind was blowing and still not being 100% I ducked out of the car, took the photos and retreated to the warmth of the car.

So, you ducked in and out of the car - you didn't try sliding down the slide then, Dave?
Very sturdy legs here, it looks like it's an exciting place for the young children

Well composed picture, except the legs are more than four. Reminds me of the old joke that a horse has eight legs: 2 in front, 2 behind, 2 on the left and 2 on the right!

Tibi

Hi David

What a cool idea for the theme here, very well seen and captured. The detail is good and sharp and colour saturation is also excellent. A nice sturdy looking set of legs there.

TFS and for joining in the theme

Hi David
WONDERFUL and extremely original for the 4 leg theme! Perfect color and light.. Smart move going back to the warm car!

A good graphic shot David.
I like the colours and sharpness.
It fits the theme very well.

Childrens playgrounds are so much nicer than when I was a child, swings, slides and roundabouts if you were lucky!Don't you agree?

Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi David,

Do you think there are people who detest per-shots?
Good to hear that you did not stay out too long, but you did catch yourself a good addition for the theme.
Besides beautiful willow trees they also have a very good playground here.
Four attractive legs they are.

Really pretty creative fulfillment of the theme, nicely done. ;)
Good technical work all around too but the composition and PoV sells it even as an abstract.
Very nicely done, stay well,

p.s. I though it was Spring there now? ;)

I was wondering what you would post for the Friday's theme David. The four legs are indeed well defined, the shapes from the play station are sharp and with good colors. Greetings! Danilo

Hi David

In fact you surprised us with your post!
If you look in the theme, vera that everything this
related to animal, rare excess of not being
and you posted something interesting, with certainty,
with 2 dogs and 4 cats in your house you
would have surplus pictures different pose!
I liked the look and of the difference that he did in the theme.
Congratulations my friend....

Really, you're addicted to four leggers. my friend David!
This slide for bipeds is attractive by its modern design and
well-matched colors.
Have a g'day.
Robert

Interesting! This playground looks pretty much the same as one here in SF.

Keep shootin' David!
