[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On a previous visit I mistakenly thought this was the main house at Woolmer's Estate. The day I undertook a self tour of the property and with a copy of the estate map in hand I discovered it was actually the old servants quarters. It is now called The Servants Kitchen restaurant.

House servants were accommodated here, rather than in the attic of the main house, it also contained the kitchen, larder, pantry, baking room and store rooms.

Hi David,
Yes quality is it all about. Those doors in your picture are open so quality is guaranteed. The clear blue sky makes this an excellent picture although in my humble opinion the part of the tree in the left upper corner is a bit disturbing (or take a larger part of the tree). But overall a brilliant photo my friend! TFS.

Ok if thats the servants quarters...........
I like the big solid wall around the building, gives the immpression that only invited people are going to get in there. (or were)That is quite an interesting site they have and a great map. That house is huge, from the map the house,kitchen and cellars appears to be all in one.Thanks for the return visit.

Nice home, but I still don't think I want to be one of the servants back in those days!! But I could do with a couple working here for me though.
Another beautiful blue-sky-day for you over there Dave, photo nice and sharp, and yes, I too would like the tree on the left cropped out, but no major problem...

Well I have seen far less living quality David.. so if this is the Servants quarter.. what is there to complain I would say ...^_^.. Now called The Servants Kitchen restaurant? Next time I ever am is Tasmanico

I would have made the same mistake, David! Now I am really curious what the Estate home looks like! These are like royal quarters. They probably have a doghouse or stables that are better than most middle class living quarters.

Great house even being the servants one. Great colours and details. I like to see some smoke leaving by one chimney.

Hi David i read some of the comments and i want to say some words the size of the house compare to what they do i think they deserve it it is like say if you close to rich man some money will stike on you tfs i am going to learn how to be servent bye Shimon
