Hi Martyn,
The low light creates a fine mood here. Like the reflections on the water. Great appealing colours of the sunrise. One nit pick though, in my opinion the rising sun is too central in this picture. When it was more to the right the balance would be better. Anyway, still an impressive view, well captured.

Awesome capture Martyn, the colours from the rising sun are fantastic. Very worth getting up early for. Such a clean sky, the boats are an excellent touch.

Very good POV direct to the sun creating the star effect while casting a warm redish dye on the still low lighted sea.

Eyecatching and powerful morning lights..

I would've cropped more from the bottom, there is a lot of negative black space that doesn't really contribute to the shot.

Only my opinion.
