[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Bright is a picturesque town in north eastern Victoria.

Apart from its proximity to the Victorian high country and other tourist activities including sampling fine food and wines, paragliding and mountain bike riding, Bright is extremely popular each Autumn for its Autumn Festival.

Spanning several weeks, the Festival includes various events including a street parade and music events. During this time of the year the many deciduous trees in the town display rich Autumn colours which light up the parks, gardens and roadways.

This photo was taken in a park on the outskirts of the town, following the street parade, as rain began to fall.

Classic composition, great image, Peter! I think it suffered a bit in the TL downsizing as it appears a bit fuzzy here. You made a good use of the people with bright clothes to show us Bright! TFS!

Surely a very beautiful and scenic place. The gold’s of the fallen autumn leaves and the greens of the foliage are wonderful. A nice composition and well presented with useful notes.

A perfect example of how a thumbie can deceive a man such as - half-blind - in that I was convinced that I was going to see a parked car among the trees. Those two bright spots were my 'headlamps'. Must get an eye test?
Weird seeing Autumnal scenes right now. We don't get them (Autumnal effects, that is) here as such and the upper end is just emerging into early Summer. Very odd. Bet you don't feel that way at all, though.
